winx Posted February 11, 2008 Share Posted February 11, 2008 Is there any reason why I shouldn't use a fan that pushes air through the radiator on my 200tdi discovery? A lot of the ones I have seen pull from between the engine and radiator... I have one that would be a perfect fit sitting in the workshop! Thanks! Lars L Posted February 11, 2008 Share Posted February 11, 2008 Depends on where you are going to drive. Perfectly OK in the street, a lot of cars have pusher fans. Used when towing and greenlaning, had no probs with mud cloging etc. If you've got one doing nothing, fit it, if mud un-balances it to the point of too much annoyance, pull the fuse until you can wash it off.
