Hybrid_From_Hell
ERC7295 is the LR part number. Is this the same part number as the plug that goes into the bottom of the bellhousing on a LT85 1985 V* 90 to stop **** getting in or is that 3290 or has that been supercedded ? I need one having had a PITFA time getting the mullered one out tonight Nige

ciderman
Plumbcentre , IIRC about 50 pence each , 1/4 BSPT plugs . Or you could use a 1/4 BSPT drain cock , Saves taking them in and out all the time ,just turn a lever and they are shut .

I have no-one to blame but myself....but to be honest, I didn't really know what I was looking for, so couldn't very well go into a Plumbers supply shop not knowing what the part ought to look like!! Six pounds though!

Where did you buy it from ? Marshalls or Rogers of Bedford ? I bought 3 of them from Rogers recently and they were nowhere near that price. If you are looking for bits in the future let me know. I have brought so much stuff off Rogers that they now give me a 30% trade discount. Rgds Ivan
Godlykepower
Where did you buy it from ? Marshalls or Rogers of Bedford ? Neither actually.....I went to Marshalls a few weeks ago, and the young lad on the parts desk kept me waiting for 15 minutes while he went looking around for help.....he eventually came back with an exploded diagram of the head and asked me "where exactly do wading plugs go then?" I once got indifferent servive at Rogers, so never bother with them now. I always seem to get great service from Stratstone in Milton Keynes (actually Newport Pagnell, I think) Cheers for the offer of getting me the discount though! I will certainly bear that in mind! Mo Murphy
but you know for sure they will fit everytime & keep the water out. Or it'll keep the water that came in through the crank seal in Remember to take them out when you've finished off roading, Martin to allow anything that's got in to get out. I learned that one the expensive way Mo
