Thanks to people like Michele I still get to satisfy the LR bug every now and then though. I wouldn't be the best person to ask about that Trev - while I have read just about everything there is available on the toy conversion, I have never donw one myself. Yes, but I (like many other LR owners) am a tightarse, so a better question would be - anyone want to trade a 1989 LHD golf II in very good condition for a good (diesel) land rover that could pass a German TÜV (MOT)?
