No good for vehicle winching. It is a halyard (rope) used for hauling the sail to the top of the mast. The core is dyneema but the outside is a multi-coloured woven sleeve in a hard wearing polyester yarn. It looks a bit like some climbing ropes. I doubt it could handle the heat from the winch.
