Guest diesel_jim
I've got a Td5 110, with the stupid "screw on" type fuel filler. my other rovers (90 and 110's) have/have had the metal type filler with the extendable jerrycan filler. Question is: can the earlier type filler be swapped in place of the Td5 one so i can fill fron jerrys again (without having to use the jerrycan extendable filler hose) I suspect the pipes look similar size, but would there be any issue with vacuum? (are the Td5 totally sealed or vented?). i'd have to drill 4 holes through the filler area to bolt it in, no big deal. cheers Jamie
western
The only part that might stop you converting to the earlier filler neck/cap, is the hose from the filler neck to the tank
