Seeing that carnage, 2 thoughts come to mind.

Put an auger screw on the drive shaft, so that it pulls you over the rock.

Or put a sleeve, which is free to spin, over the drive shaft, so that the drive shaft will be free to turn while caught on a rock.

Nasty but good trails.

Bit OT but how do you find that D11 type suspension for flex? Trailing arms look stronger but would they benefit from slotted bushes in the same way the front does on my older defender.

you would benefit but damn they wouldnt last that long in the rear....
