CamelT
That green onw to me looks nice, and sounds to be airbags, but do you guys have seen this one? I am more keen of this style. What chassis is that? Anyone knows? cheers
v8bertha
Thats Richards D-lander, built by North Off-Road... and then slightly modified by Richard! Its Disco based with a space-frame welded in and plastic replica body panels hung off it. Some Youtube footage
smo
The panels are GRP.....i happen to have an unfinished one outside. If anyone wants to buy it then feel free to make me an offer!
CamelT
D-Lander Crazy, if my was 3 doors I would try to make an offer. But my is 4 doors and I am sure that I will transplant the shell from my freelander onto a disco chassis, I am just in doubt about the changes that must be made inside se car. Because freelander doesn't have too much room for the low gear shaft. anyone knows where ou how to put it? My project will start in january, when I will install a A bar that will be made in new zealand as I couldnt find anywhere to buy it. End of fabruary I will change color to Sand glow, then i wont stop so soon. I know that the camel trophy editioni was with no low gears, but I think that will be a nice change make my freelander with a bit more than usual. well is anyuone have an idea about my doubt above I will be thankful. cheers
