Mo Murphy
This is often mentioned in 200 conversion threads. Has anyone actually done it ? Do you have any tips regarding drill size and thread to be cut ? Any help appreciated Mo
western
Did it last week, similar way to this drill 8.5mm = tapping drill for 1/8 inch NPT thread. IIRC 1.5mm pitch more info on npt threads here

western
Sorry misread your last ^^^ read it as do I need one answer is Yes as that's why I made it last week for my engine, so I can fit the green sender & Td5 temp gauge. if it works my 200Tdi [existing sender] could be converted for a 300Tdi green sender to fit as in the link I posted earlier.
