kingdong Posted June 14, 2008 Share Posted June 14, 2008 Hi all. i will soon to be fitting my disco 200 tdi engine into my s11a the engine will be fitted to a s11a g/box. at the mo my s11a petrol has a s11a diesel pressure plate and diesel s11a / 111 clutch plate can i use the same set up on my disco engine. cheers graham. s11a swb bronze green. rjblank Posted June 14, 2008 Share Posted June 14, 2008 Graham, Since hind sight is always 20/20... replace the rear main seal while you have the 200TDI out. I didn't on mine (I strapped for time) and I have a nice little leak to contend with... and don't forget to change the timing belt, once you have the engine in.
