replace or re-use prop shaft bolts?

I tend to use mine a coulpe of times, then replace, for what they cost...pence.

although its only the nuts i usually change as the nylock bit gets worn out.

I agree with Diesel Jim, change the nuts as they don't cost much. Remember there are two lengths of bolts, the ones at the handbrake are longer, and difficult to change because you have to remove the driving member to get them out, so those are normally left alone anyway. And whatever you do, do not replace the UNF bolts and nuts with cheap Metric stuff.
