Hi, it depends really Auto or manual, EFI or carbs? Multipoint or gas ring on the intake. I have a 3.9V8 Auto which is EFI but its an old Llandi Renzo system with a gas ring on the air intake side and on standard tyres without the roof rack or suspension lift I was getting 12-14 MPG unloaded. Since fitting 235/85/16 Mud terrain tyres and a 2in lift and light bar etc it now does about 11-12 MPG as LPG is on average about half the price of petrol 12MPG would be the cost equivilent of about 24MPG.
