Disco 200 engine conversion into Defender....

Thought I'd ask as people have obviously already done this (lots of times!) on these conversions and I dont want to reinvent any wheels......

Whats the consensus on the best and EASIEST place to put the Disco air box. I've got the disco power steering complete with ZF reservoir, there is no aircon(!), so the airbox can either mount on n/s inner wing, or on the air/con mounts or even in the 300tdi position. But currently I only have the disco standard trunking from air box to turbo so this limits placement - if it goes elsehwere what trunking would you use? ( I've seen some 60mmID eberspacher heater ducting that looks like it may do some of the job)

On the intake side of things there will be no snorkel so am looking for some ideas about a neat way of finishing off a standard intake as well......
