Les Henson
Remove the pedal box and then either try mole grips, or cut the bolt off and fit a new one. Les.

dave88sw
the bolts going into the pedal box from inside go into captive nuts so try to get them out if at all possible and refit with plenty of copper grease, as for the bottom bolt, should be nice and easy once the pedal box is out, also, whilst its out, take the oppurtunity to thoroughly clean ad paint the bulkhead beneath the pedal box, cos plenty of people will have missed the filler hole and got brake fluid all down the footwells.
