Les Henson Posted July 30, 2008 Share Posted July 30, 2008 You have to remove the fuel pipe banjo bolt that's right above the switch, then undo it with a 21mm(?) spanner, which is a bit fiddly. The switch will come right out, but there's also a plunger and spring that may be left behind when you lift the switch out, so make sure you recover them. Les. sotal Posted July 30, 2008 Share Posted July 30, 2008 Not sure if there is a bit more room on a EDC engine, but on mine you didn't have to remove anything and there was plenty of room and it wasn't particularly fiddly, especially with a stubby spanner or a crows foot spanner. I think it was 24mm You don't say if yours is manual or automatic, if it is auto then it will probably be an EDC engine as mine was.
