jds Posted August 1, 2008 Share Posted August 1, 2008 Hi all, i have a 1999 rr p38 4.0 i was given 2 remotes when i bought the car but only one works, is there any way that it can be programmed? And can i do it myself or does it have to be done by LR. the second thing is my rr does not have tv/sat nav but would the wiring be there if i wanted to install one? vougese39 Posted August 2, 2008 Share Posted August 2, 2008 change the battery in the remote ensure the car is unlocked then with the non working remote turn the door lock to lock and press the lock button then release the button and turn to the unlock then press the unlock button then re3move and press the remote it should then lock and unlock the car if not could be a duff remote Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
