Rolly Posted August 6, 2008 Share Posted August 6, 2008 Every couple of months or so I'll apply the brakes and feel a resistance similiar to when the ABS is operating but the brakes are non-existent a bit disconcerting to say the least! Just want to know if anyone else has had this problem & why before I take it to get looked at (lot of dodgy brake shops around here) Cheers! BogMonster Posted August 7, 2008 Share Posted August 7, 2008 You probably have a dodgy wheel speed sensor which is triggering the ABS when braking. I had this with my 1996 Discovery.
