Can someone please tell me what oil I need to buy for both the engine and the R380 gearbox in my 1999 TD5 Defender 90. R380 takes MTF94 - You can't get this from Halfrauds or the like, you need to go to a main stealer or an LR specialist. Engine... IIRC takes 5w30 fully synthetic. I want to get the missus to pick some up on her way home and without some simple instruction she won't stand a chance (despite all the shopping "practice" she does!!!)
