Orgasmic Farmer
Well it was so wet today I couldn't do anything outside so thought I would tackle a job I've been meaning to do for some time. Ever since I lifted the Disco and fitted bigger wheels I find it quite a hop up into the rear of the truck. Seeing as though I regularly use it as a camper and being a commercial need to get in to stack stuff inside I reckoned a folding step would be no bad thing. Now the ones you can buy are pretty poor affairs and look worse than they perform, but I just happened to have a 90 rear step lying around and reckoned it would be possible to use that. So I knocked up a suitable bracket, bolted it to the tow-bar mounting and the rear body mount and there you have it...... Some pics taken on the phone (sorry for quality)
landroversforever
that looks far better than the standard jobbie, and it won't fall down when it gets old! nice one!

Orgasmic Farmer
Quite possibly Mo. Though am talking about a trip to Iceland with the better half as well! Am just starting to fit it out as a quasi camper and will post pics as and when I get anything done on that front
Mo Murphy
Well, being the wealthy farmer and landowner that you are, both trips should be within reach Mo
