muddypaws Posted August 16, 2008 Share Posted August 16, 2008 Can anyone point me in the direction of a wiring diagram/instructions to splice a hotwire EFI into a series motor (lightweight 1982). I have the one for a flapper-type but I think this is a different wiring loom - is this right? Any help would be gratefully received. Many thanks. landmannnn Posted August 16, 2008 Share Posted August 16, 2008 Not really a splice, basically all you take from the existing system is +12v. The easiest way if you are wiring from scratch is to look at the fault finding guide to see where each pin goes on the ecu. Have a look through the tech section - I am sure there is one in there.
