vodester Posted August 26, 2008 Share Posted August 26, 2008 Hi, Just in the process of rebuilding my 110 CSW onto a nice new galv chassis. Got to the read back side doors and they are slightly rotten. I have bought the replacment door frame sections from YRM. A few questions you might be able to help with: 1) can I weld the frame with the ali skin still attached (providing i get it out of the way of where I am welding). Will the heat through the frame affect the ali? 2) how do i get the glass out? it's 1986 so the rear window is split into two - one sliding one quarter light I'm nearly there now, at the end of what has been a very long and wet rebuild! thanks in advance.
