What is needed to fit cruise control to a TD5 Discovery.

I found this on ebay ...

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Landrover-Discovery-...id=p3286.c0.m14

Is that all that is required?

Has anyone tried this?

I actually need a new steering wheel as the one I have a worse for wear.. If I get one with cuise buttons attached do i simply need go get a "master" switch to activate it?

Seems a little too easy!!

How about getting the same kit as on ebay at half the price from here

Or even cheaper if you shop (google) around for the part #s: YUH100320 and YUH100370

cipx2,

Thank for the details, I actually found them on google myself after posting the question.

However, teh question remains is this all that is required for fitment to a TD5 manual?

Might be worth a punt...

Yes, that is all it is required.

The bracket comes with the switch for the steering wheel (and with a bolt - check/ask when/before buying).

Here's a guide on what it needs to be done: http://www.4x4community.co.za/forum/showthread.php?t=5534

If you think you need a template, get the discoparts kit, but it can be done without one. Or check out Skanny's offer.
