robhybrid
Does anyone know the part no for the throttle lever assembly that bolts to the top of the fuel pump on a 300 tdi. The lever has 4 holes in a row at one end and bolts to the throttle lever at the other end. This lever is what operates the kick down. Cheers Rob. Guest diesel_jim
What difference does it make connecting the kick down cable to one of the 4 holes then? (I've got a Tdi autibox sat in the garage waiting to go into my 90!)

Depending on which hole you use will affect how much throttle you need to make it kick-down - closer or further from the pivot point - the further away from the spindle, the more the cable is pulled for any given increase in throttle setting and the sooner the kick-down. GBMUD
I am guessing that the 2.5 might need to kick-down a little sooner than the TGV... Chris
