callum
depends if you can get the front one too. as they're different width and different stud pattern to normal rover axles

will_warne
From the top - you will gain about 3" in track (not necessarily a problem but something to think about), the bolt pattern for the wheels is different (6 bolt NATO pattern same as a Mog), drum brakes and the only disc conversion is meant to be a pig to fit and is made by Zeus (of timing gear fame) so will probably be badly built. However, the internals are very strong. If you want to fit lockers you have to get special spider gears as the spline count is a little odd (23 IIRC). The best bit about the front axle is the size of the CVs - they are massive! One potential issue they do have, though, is that the swivels are welded to the axle tubes so yo need to find an axle with good swivels. As has been said the diff ratio is pretty low (may be a good thing) but other D60 / Salisbury ratios will fit so you could run 3.54 or 4.7 easily. Bathtub Pete used 101 axles for a while and seemed to get on well with them.....
dirtydiesel
They are 5.57:1 ratio, and on 27 spline shafts. Rakeway does a conversion to dana 60 arb's with custom 300m 1 1/2" dia 35 spline shafts
