FridgeFreezer
So you use that to keep the dirt off the dizzy after fitting EDIS, yes?
max-ie
God knows what it is, i've never seen anything like it. It looks like a cut down glove, i bet someone buys it though!!
Dave W
There's a few places that have sold them in the past, not tried them myself as I went Megasquirt but they might help if you didn't do anything else to the ignition system. Good luck with finding a 9 fingered glove
treebloke
The guy that makes them lives in Shrewsbury. I have had one on my old 1985 3.5 for two years. I once had the engine completely under water although not by choice for approx ten minutes, it ran fine. So they work .

geoffbeaumont
Although the rubber perishes after a couple of years. £1.70 every couple of years works out a lot cheaper than the WD-40 that would be used trying to coax life out of it otherwise... A good deal less work than Mega[jolt|squirt] and EDIS too (though by no means as good or permanent a solution).
teslo
and what about vent hole at the bottom of dizzy? My experience is that if you have your ingition system in good order you dont't need that kind of thing. As was somewhere here stated before...use genuine parts, tak care of system, use some silicone sealant and grease and you will be fine. If you want something more go for EDIS, MS...
