Knobber Posted February 16, 2009 Share Posted February 16, 2009 Hi, I,m just about to fit an electric fan in my 300tdi, I have a couple of questions you good guys could answer? 1. Looking at the visco from above which way does the nut have to be turned to remove the fan.? 2. How do you stop the pulley from turning whist undoing the nut.? Many Thanks Pete. Les Henson Posted February 16, 2009 Share Posted February 16, 2009 The fan thread is left hand (opposite to normal) so from above you will undo it towards the passenger side (clockwise).
