Astro_Al
I'm tight. Freelander tow bars are the best part of 100 quid. I need one. Thoughts? Al.
disco_al
slightly illegal, as all towbars from 97 ish were eec type approved to fit the manufacturers mountings. they are also now part of the mot (mounting points etc)
Mark
might have one for you al - what year is the car, and is it 3 or 5 door? Mark
HoggyN
Loads on Ebay - from 99p linky
Astro_Al
Balls, thought you might say that... It looks so simple too. Hoggy - not exactly loads, 2 or 3 (only 1 at 99p and it wont stay there) and the second hand ones always seem to go for like-new money. Mark - interesting. Umm, 2001-ish (old skool). 5-door-ish. Ta for the inputs. Al.
FridgeFreezer
You tightwad Al! I'm not sure I could be ar$ed to prat about under the back of the freebie fabricating for the sake of £92. At least buy the genuine electrics pack (~£25 DLR/eBlag) which plugs into the loom rather than the usual "universal" abortion of scotchloks that you get with most packs. Mark
Sorry Al, I just checked on the one I thought might be available, but it's currently bolted to my dad's freelander. sorry to get your hopes up. Mark
