trooper82
Hi there After some advice!!!! I am looking to fit some new wheels (steel) + tyres to my 90, it still has the originals fitted. I am looking for something a bit wider, not to expensive, will be used about 50% roads 50% tracks/fields etc nothing extreme. Any advice on size, make, where from, etc greatly appreciated. Many Thanks Trooper
BogMonster
General Grabber AT2 either 235/85R16 or 265/75R16, depending on how wider you want, on 7x16 steel modular wheels. Or if the fields are wet you might find it worth having BFG MT's instead of the ATs - thats what I use as everyday tyres (265/75R16 BFG MTs on a second hand set of alloys I got cheap) Or you could go a bit wider B)
jacks906
the two bogmonster has mentioned are worth spending the extra money getting as they wear very well an preform well in all conditions dave
crazyfarmerboy
go for 265/75/r16, my local tyre man does they really cheap, i think they are only £35 - 40 new each, i think they are used alot in the american market so they are mass produced,
