Guppy Posted March 7, 2009 Share Posted March 7, 2009 Hi Guys! Bit of a last minute request this: My 90 is finally getting a 200tdi! (woo!) Work has been progressing well but I completely overlooked the oil-cooler pipes (cos my old lump was a N/A and didn't have one!) Does anyone have an essentially complete TD oil-cooler set? I'm looking for: Filter housing Pipes Pipe-Radiator unions. (To fit disco rad) Also you need to be within striking distance of me cos I really need this stuff ASAP: car needs to be back on the road on Monday! I'm looking for people within an hour of GL56 9PL. So Glos, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire or Worcestershire really. I hope you don't mind but I've posted this in both 'wanted' and 'defender' forums for a bit of visibility. I hope you can help! Guppy. western Posted March 7, 2009 Share Posted March 7, 2009 other option is to use the old n/a diesel filter head & blank the oil cooler connections on the radiator, use the vehicle like that until you can round up all the required parts. PM me if the housing is any use to you. As a quick fix do what Ralph suggests...... (would this mean you'd not advise motorway/hard work until the cooler is working though Ralph?)
