simoleeds Posted March 14, 2009 Share Posted March 14, 2009 has anyone got any kind of drawings or pics for the inside of the seat of a 3 door freelander? i think one of the cables has snapped or something but im not sure how they are replaced or fixed. any info would be great. thanks. Llanigraham Posted March 14, 2009 Share Posted March 14, 2009 One of mine went. You do not need to remove the seat. You can take the cover of the backrest whislt it is still fitted. Bottom of the fabric has a funny sort of plastic thing which each side fits into. Pull cover up, but if it is the passenger one with the pocket on the back you need to snip the "holders" for the pockets inside the seat. The new cable was a bit of a swine to fit and route.
