yellow90
Right here goes, I have got 4 pin diffs to go into my existing diff casings. The crown wheel bolts right on but i have been told i have to machine the diff to make it fit the casings. Is this something that any one has done before? Fitting them in my 90 200 tdi as stronger, they are 24 spline so know i will have to buy uprated shafts to fit my CV's (as existing 10 spline) any help would be appreciated! Hybrid_From_Hell
Imperial casings and Metric casings look the same but have subtle differences Nige

Hamish Grundy
ok well thanks for help! where did you "machine" with the grinder to get it to fit?? where the bolt heads catch, either side of where the bearing sits.
