Hi,

Im new to the scene of competeing in landys- have owned and tinkcered for some years. Purchased a purpose built comp safari vehicle last year (3.5 v8) road legal. Have used it for playing offroad mainly up untill now- but would like to compete with it- can anyone give a guide as to how to get into it? ie do i need a license? Joining a club etc?

Thanks in advance

Tom

Hi Tom,

Your best bet would be to get in touch with your local comp safari club. You will need to join to race, and will also need to get yourself an MSA clubmans licence. I'd recommend reading the club regs thoroughly as you may need to make a couple of tweaks to your vehicle. If you are located around the south and like the sound of SCOR, then I can put you in touch with all the relevant people to have you ready and racing at Hogmoor Enclosure on 31st May.
