SpenB Posted April 23, 2009 Share Posted April 23, 2009 Hello all, Very occasionally my handbrake light works, but more often it doesnt. Can someone advise my of the whereabouts of the switch so I can check the wiring and the switch please. Is the switch in your opinions the most likely culprit and/or do these items fail. oakesy Posted April 23, 2009 Share Posted April 23, 2009 Peel back the rubber cover on the bottom of the handbrake and there you will see the trip switch. Also do a search on this website. Anderzander Posted April 24, 2009 Share Posted April 24, 2009 If you lift the access panel under the centre seat you'll see a small (yellow iirc) wire coming off from the loom and up to the hand brake.
