steve200TDi
This is one of the things I've got on my list of things to do as i have already changed the oil seal and is still leaking so I am now going to change the drive flanges. Things to check: - The splines are located correctly so you should feel the gears turn a little when you rotate the flange from side to side. - You should have TWO drive shafts connected. Hope this helps. Steve

steve200TDi
Hi, If the filler plug you mean is next to the handbrake drum looking towards the front of the vehicle then this is the filler/level plug for the transfer box which has the centre diff lock inside. This is should be filled with EP90. Steve
Aragorn
This is should be filled with EP90. Or something better, like 75w90 Fully Synth Gear oil...
