LandyManLuke
Just repaired the NS of my 90, wing-off job to get at it properly. Cut it all out, made repair sections and welded in. It's not too bad once the wing's off and the radiator etc is out of the way.
draper40
I got my two done professionally by a welder- I just removed the radiator assembly- £150. Pete
Les Henson
It might seem daft, but if you're replacing just one dumb iron - make sure it's the same shape as the other one. It can be a right pain to get it all to line-up if they are odd. Not a defender (S1 Welder), but you can make one if you're able to. Les.
