Light bar help

Hi

Just would like a few ideas on how to stop the light from my spot lights on my light bar coming into the car and lighting up the dash as all i can see is the dash in the windscreen.

If it helps i've got round lights that are about 5". I'll put a pic up as well.

You can make some upside down peaks which help eliminate alot of the light coming in. I made these for my rectangular lights and have since done the same for the round HIDs that I now have on the disco.

It's only thin aluminium sheet. Make templates from cardboard first then screw them on with self tappers.

I agree with streakys method, ive done similar to mine and it works a treat.

Just modify streakys design to fit your round lights, or try making a hood out a a bit of tube if you happen to have any

I put a small piece of tape on the bottom of the lens, stops allot of the spill into the cab.

I also tried the same method Andy and although it does help a little bit...it also reduces the ammount of light coming from the reflector.

This is the only pic I can find with my round light peaks. I hope it shows up clearly on this rather small photo?
