kellyv8
i have bought a decarden prop that i was assured was from a landrover but i cant seem to find an output flange to suit. the end that bolts to the output flange is 125mm in diameter and about 108 mm between holes centre to centre the length of the prop seem a bit short too but thats not such a problem. so if anyone can let me know which vehicle its from it would be much appreciated
TD5 power
hi if it is land rover then it is likely to be the front prop shaft from a discovery 2 Part no for the transfer box flange is STC4379 and STC4858 for the diff flange these are disco part numbers you would have to check they will fit you truck HTH matt

ciderman
The Series 3 stage 1 V8 had a double cardon prop that had a large output flange on the transfer box .

cipx2
See if your prop fits the description and looks like on http://landroverorphanage.com/shop/article...-Propshaft.html or like http://www.thexmod.com/item_detail.asp?id=1242 The flange that goes with those is this: http://www.landroverorphanage.com/shop/art...id%3DFRC9374%26 The PCD on your prop seems to be like described here: http://www.d-90.com/tech/cv1.html - maybe using a spacer would be the way to go as you say the prop is bit short. If no luck then get a deflange, these are specifically designed to go with decardens no matter the application ...
