Warthog
Yes, lovely Well that was short and sweet Any tips or good advice? I have never given ally welding a go before?
Hybrid_From_Hell
Use pure argon, and get a wire-on-gun torch, otherwise it will jam more than bob marley Nige
dollythelw
Sorry it was late, As Nige says, spool gun makes life easier, if you are using a conventional wire feed run a nylon liner, you'll need an AC/DC mig unless you run a pure DC system like a readywelder, have a play we know wire jams as "leo's"
v8hybrid
Also ensure the bits you are welding are really really clean. get a alloy wire brush and use that first otherwise will be a pain in the arse to do.
