wiring in new indicators

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Another bone question from me,

i have aquired a set of side of wing indicators, but never had them on the Rover originaly , Could I simply 'scotchlock' onto the normal front indicator wires in order to power them?, or is there some other, way too complicated for me  way to do it?.

Thanks,

Chris.

Scotchlocks are hateful things a inline bullet connector or spade terminals would be much better & Yes to can just splice them in to the existing front indicator wiring.

2 wires per light are needed 1 to earth & 1 to the existing indicator feed on both sides of the vehicle.

Thats what I needed to hear. I am a Mechanical biff, so I have only really basic knowledge of this type of stuff, what is an inline bullet connector?. I recognise a bullet conn', is it somthing that goes in between the bullet terminals?.

Thanks again,

Chris.
