Glad you had a good day, though. More dents... Really... You'd never guess (I think the roof might give it away)
JST
Tony, sorry for: rear light lens passenger door handle spot lamp puncture snapped radio ariel bent cb mount and a fair few more dents What Tony didnt mention was he came 2nd in Modified class and Mike Dunlop was 3rd in Std class. He also would have had the quickets time around the special stage if he hadn't tried to roll it (well maybe not the suzuki was just too quick (7.5mins). Tony managed 9mins 50. so 2nd on special stage, the next quickest was 14mins! great day out, really enjoyed it, and didint have to clean my rover at the end of it. PS - i have a spare CB gutter mount.
will_warne
PS - i have a spare CB gutter mount. I'll have a spare one soon too. Have you found the connection fills up with rain water too?
darthdicky
I had that problem so replaced it with a different connector on the end, no problems since then as far as I know. The connector is more like a patch lead one and seems far better sealed. Not got a pic but can get one if necessary. Richard
JST
i think the probelm was more like it got in the way of a slow moving tree rather than water ingress issue!!
