It was announced today the Child Support Agency (CSA) has won the contract due to their expertise in tracing elusive individuals and the advanced database and computer systems at their disposal. A spokesman for the CSA said "Our enthusiastic and dedicated staff relish this challenge, and will acquit themselves with their usual professionalism."
