I'd put them on seperate relays. Motors are inductive loads, the mondeo fan on the 90 will pop 40A fuses at start-up, but will happily run on a 20A fuse once it's spun up.

Be kind to the relay contacts and use two seperate relays :)

Thanks for the reply's. I'm going to run a relay and switch for each fan so i can have one or both running as needed.

....and it also gives you a bit of contingency if one motor either goes for a burden and takes a circuit out or relay failure ;)
