Hi all. Just a quick one. Finished install of 200tdi in my 110. It started first time but wants to run at full revs. Heres a list of things I have checked.

Fuel pipes on correct

Throttle lever returning to stop

The engine has been stood for a couple of years and was out of a Disco, is there something inside the pump which could be stuck?

This is my first post, sorry its not a helpful one. Regards Michael.

Update!! Remembered I had primed the pump quite a bit last week, first when I made up the connections and then yesterday before the big start. I released the fuel feed banjo, released the pressure. Turned the key and all is good. Thanks guys for your replies. Bleed green.
