Boothy Posted January 1, 2010 Share Posted January 1, 2010 Dan never used his tyres much, spent most of the year on his roof, saying that so did a few others, Saley spent most of the year on his back, trying to out drink the Southern'ers, and didn't score to many points there hey John ?? Neil didn't spend much time on his back, because Saley kept waking him up, and blaming Boothy All in all, what a good year, some good memories, just can't remember winning many, or where I left the 8th piston. Not sure if I will be competing this time but Bert and Dan are so I will probably be hanging around with some spanners ready to get them going again . Therefore we have had to make a couple of venue changes as follows... Someone forgot to do up the lock nut. Which caused the main joint to come undone and intimately fatigue. The axle broke off all but one shock, so it broke the locker wiring, brake pipe, prop and one shock, the other shock was too badly bent to use so needed to be replaced too. Not a cheap round.
