So far i have the following: Wing to heater duct seal MRC9998 Heater to bulkhead seal MTC6871 OR STC952 (any idea wich one i need?) Windcsreen to roof seal MTC6568 Windscreen to bulkhead FAJ100020 Outrigger bolts M12x180mm MRC9420 Those little plastic inserts self tappers screw into (where can i buy these in bulk?) RTC3744 Wheelarch spat rivits AFU1075 (again can these be bought in bulk?) I will also be buying a MUD bolt kit so all the hinges should be taken care of. Cheers, Will. western
RTC3744 AFU1075 usually in packets of 10 IIRC MTC6871 see diagram 2 item 23 & STC952 see diagram 1 item 2 looking at the parts book/Micrcat the MTC6871 looks to fit on the cab side of bulkhead between dash & bulkhead & the STC952 looks to fit between the heater box & bulkhead, so I believe you'll need both seals. all from LRSeries website
Guest noggy
Assuming the replacement bulkhead has been stripped etc you will need the little clip things that hold the brake pipes to the bulkhead. Other than that i think you have covered it!
Phillis
how many.. Outrigger bolts M12x180mm MRC9420 ? do you need for a bulkhead replacement?
western
only 2 required, one each side.
Marco
I do advice not to fit a stainless steel hinge bolt kit.... The steel hinge + stainless steel bolts will make the hinge rust 10+ times faster due to tension corrosion between the two types of metal. Better upgrade to the newer type (zinc?) plated hinge + new torx bolts, that's what I did after first spending the cash on the stainless steel bolts (now free to collect in Holland ) Cheers Marco
