freeagent Posted April 27, 2006 Share Posted April 27, 2006 not wishing to confuse things... but the plastic filler plug can be replaced with a nice brass one from your local plumbers merchants.... it only costs about a quid, and is much more substantial than the nasty plastic one, and you can get a spanner on it to undo it with out fear of it disintergrating... wrap a bit of PTFE tape around it before you fit it......
