If you are desperate and prepared to pay strong money, I may have a contact for you in Germany, but I don't know if they have any left. To be honest, now that I have owned one and had a good old gander up close, if I needed one again, I'd just fabricate one up. It's worth considering if you are at all competant at that sort of thing.
