welling4x4 Posted March 17, 2010 Share Posted March 17, 2010 Can any 1 help me with this fault When I start my 200tdi disco engine up there seems to be a fault(in my opinion) It start's first time every time BUT once started & rev'd on coming back down the rev's to tick over the engine nearly die's then pick's up to normal.this fault was their from the start but it is *eeing me right off now. their was a non return v/v on just pass the fuel filter on the bulkhead took that off made no differents,Put a new filter on No differents,replaced the fuel pipe & still nothing SO i am now @ a lost. adam300Tdi90 Posted March 18, 2010 Share Posted March 18, 2010 Also sometimes caused by lift pump wear.. Mine does exactly the same, and I have bought a new lift pump in preparation.
