Are there any other vehicle brand wheels that will fit a 98 Defender 90 3ootdi?

Suzuki, Toyota, Nissan................

I live in the Bahamas and want to get a set of wheels out of the USA, however there is not much choice for Land Rover.

Im not really looking for a bigger size wheel, 16" is perfect.

I want something different than whats on, something that will acomodate a bigger tyre.

You can buy adaptors to allow you to fit other types of wheels, i.e. Nissan onto Land Rover.

How about good old 1 ton / 130 rims, 6.5" wide, BIG offset and only £20 + vat each. heres mine with a 750 x16 mt tyre on. Avaiailable from LW VAss ltd, Beds. I'm sure they'll post. trey're the same as the us D110 wheels.

I spoke to a LR mechanic on my lunch hour, and he told me that any Disco 1 whell would fit perfectly!

There are lots of them on e-bay, I think I found a set of 4 for $50.00 each!

All I need is a spare now.

Now I have to decide if I am going to do a 2" lift or not before I decide on the tyres.

Slight thread hijack but I want to change my Mach 5's for ideally a 16" Alloy wheel with a similar offset to the Mach 5's. They also need to be weight rated for use on a 110. Does such a thing exist?
