Bull Bar Cowboy
The nut should be on the fuel line, and according to microcat the fuel line is M12 male
Bowie69
I would hazard a guess at it being M12 fine in that case, as it is no way a normal/coarse thread (been fiddling with that bit over the weekend....)
FridgeFreezer
I just pushed the nut back and stuck the hose on with a petrol pipe clip, worked fine so far
WHO?
thanks for the pointers fella's, i'll get down to pirtek and get one any ideas on the throttle cable though?
FridgeFreezer
I used a RR throttle cable.

moore101
will soon be doing this in my series to get rid of the worn out carbs, throttle cable doesnt look much longer but putting the high pressure fuel line onto the rail with just a clip is worrying me a bit

So if Landrover think it's OK for push on with clip then it should be OK.
FridgeFreezer
Proper petrol pipe clip, proper high-pressure fuel hose - run this on 3 different setups now for thousands of miles with no problems. Leaving the olive on the pipe helps too.
