I presume you want a bit more torque at low engine speed to solve your off road problem. My RR works on the farm and tows a 3.5t trailer. To improve the general drivability I have tweeked the fuel pump. 3 turns on the knurled nut in the fuel pump under the turbo diapragm brings in max turbo boost at 1500rpm. But.... Max boost pressure 1 bar , max EGT 600- 700°C, and keep an eye on cylinder head temp, if not a short life. It is the same adjustment that can be done to the 200 /300tdi because they all have the Bosch VE fuel pump.
